• I have 10 years of experience helping people manage long-term (chronic) pain.

• I work with children, teens, and adults to help them feel better and function better.

• I also have 3 years of experience working in psychiatry.

• I help treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, sleep problems, autism-related concerns, and chronic pain.

• I provide care that looks at the whole person—mind, body, and daily life.

• I offer medication management and talk therapy.

• My goal is to help you feel better, live healthier, and improve your quality of life.
