We accept a wide range of insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Multiplan, United Healthcare, and Medicare, and we also offer self-pay options for patients without coverage. Our $149 monthly subscription includes an initial evaluation plus a two-week follow-up, giving you structured, affordable care.

During your sessions, we provide evidence-based treatments, personalized medication management, and guidance for coping with anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep disorders, and other mental health concerns.
